We'd love to hear from you! Select "Partnership" in the topic selector on the contact form and provide details about your festival — location, dates, capacity, and dance styles. Our curation team reviews all applications and gets back to you within 7 days.
Is there support for visa and travel documentation?
Once your application is accepted, we provide official invitation letters for visa applications and connect you with our travel partner network in your region. Note that visa approvals rest with the relevant authorities; we simply facilitate the paperwork.
What payment methods do you accept for accommodation packages?
We accept bank transfers, major credit cards (Visa / Mastercard), and PayPal. A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 60 days before the festival start date. Installment plans are available on request.
